About the role
bKash is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our contact centre in Mirpur, Dhaka. You will help customers by phone and chat with questions about payments, cash-out and account security, record each complaint clearly and pass complex cases to the right team. Success means customers leave the call with their problem solved and feeling respected. Full training is provided, with rotating shifts, transport support for night shifts and a clear path to team lead roles.
