1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and JobGlobal. They apply whether you search jobs, apply as a guest, create an account or hire through JobGlobal.
If you use JobGlobal for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you may do so.
2. Applying is always free
Job seekers never pay to search, apply, message or be interviewed. An employer or anyone else asking you for money to get a job is breaking these terms: report it and we will act.
You can apply without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used them.
3. What job seekers agree to
Give true information about yourself, your experience and your documents. Employers rely on it.
Apply only to jobs you are genuinely interested in, and treat employers and their teams with respect.
4. What employers agree to
Post real jobs that exist and that you mean to fill, with honest pay, place and requirements. Never charge candidates or ask them for money, deposits or fees.
Do not ask for or use a candidate's religion, caste, marital status, age, gender or similar personal traits to decide who to hire, unless the law requires it for that role.
Use candidate information only to fill the job they applied to. Do not share, sell or copy it, and delete it when you no longer need it.
Your verification level (T0–T3) shows how much we have checked about your company. Do not claim more than it says.
5. Not allowed on JobGlobal
Scams, fake jobs, pyramid or advance-fee schemes, and asking for payment to apply.
Harassment, threats, hate, or discrimination.
Collecting data from JobGlobal by automated means, or trying to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
Pretending to be someone else, or another company.
6. Advanced AI on JobGlobal
JobGlobal uses advanced AI to suggest jobs, explain matches, read CVs you choose to share and draft text. It suggests; people decide. It never applies, sends a message, moves an application, sends an offer or takes a payment on its own.
Rankings always come with written reasons and never use protected personal traits. Job seekers can turn advanced AI off in their privacy settings.
7. Reports, holds and takedowns
Anyone can report a job, a company or a message. We may hold, change or remove content that breaks these terms, and we tell the person affected why.
If we act on your job or account, you can appeal within 30 days. A different team member decides the appeal.
8. Payments for employers
Companies registered in Bangladesh pay in Bangladeshi taka, VAT included. Companies registered elsewhere pay in US dollars, without Bangladesh VAT. The currency follows the country your company gives at setup. You get a receipt for every payment.
A job post starts running once payment is confirmed. Refund requests are reviewed by our team; ask from your billing page or the Help Center.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your privacy settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; serious cases are decided by two members of our team.
10. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep JobGlobal safe and available, but we cannot promise that every job or employer is right for you, or that the service never stops. We are not the employer in any job you find here.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of Bangladesh.
11. Changes to these terms
When these terms change in a way that matters, we publish a new version with its date and ask for your agreement again before you continue.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you have a question or a complaint, contact us through the Help Center and a person will answer.
