- Job seekersCan I apply without an account?Yes. Anyone can search jobs and apply without an account. You give your name and mobile number, confirm the number with a code we send by SMS, answer the employer's questions and send. We then text you a link to follow your application.
- Safety & scamsFive signs of a job scamWatch for: requests for money such as processing, training or uniform fees by bKash or Nagad; a salary that's too good to be true; pressure to move to Telegram, IMO or personal WhatsApp before an interview; no verification level; and requests for your NID, bank details or a code. If you see one, don't pay and report it.
- Safety & scamsHow we verify employersEvery company shows a verification level. T0 is not verified and can only draft. T1 confirmed a business email or phone and sent a trade licence photo. T2 also gave its TIN/BIN and passed a call or video check. T3 has been T2 for 90+ days, replies to 70%+ of applicants and has no upheld reports.
- EmployersHow to get your company verifiedOpen Verification, pick the level you need, upload your documents and send. T1 needs a business email or phone code plus a trade licence photo; T2 adds your TIN/BIN and a short call or video with a representative. Our trust team reviews within 24 hours on business days.
- Job seekersChanging your phone numberYour mobile number is how you sign in and how we send your codes and tracking links, so for your safety a number change is handled by our support team. Open a request from the Help Center; we'll confirm it's you before changing anything.

Employers on JobGlobal never charge you to apply, interview or join. If you see any of these, stop and report it. Our trust team reviews every report within 24 hours.

They ask for money
"Processing", "training" or "uniform" fees by bKash or Nagad. Real employers pay you.

The salary is too good
৳80,000 for an entry-level data entry job with no interview is not a real offer.

They move you off JobGlobal
Pressure to talk on Telegram, IMO or a personal WhatsApp number before any interview.

No verification level
Unverified employers can post, but check the company page and its level first.

They want your NID, bank details or a code
Documents come after an offer, and never a code. JobGlobal staff never ask for your password or a code.
