How to get your company verified

Verification lets candidates trust your jobs, and it unlocks publishing. Start on Verification.

The levels

• T0 · Unverified: draft jobs only.
• T1 · Basic: a business email or a code to your phone, plus a photo of your trade licence. Publish up to 2 jobs at a time on the Basic package.
• T2 · Verified: your trade licence, TIN/BIN and a short call or video with a representative of your company. Every package and team seats.
• T3 · Trusted: given automatically after 90 days at T2 with a response rate of 70% or more and no upheld reports.

How to apply

1. Choose the level you need.
2. Upload your documents. They're checked for safety, and only our trust team sees them; candidates never do.
3. Fill in your licence, TIN/BIN and representative details.
4. Review and send.

What happens next

A first automatic check runs within minutes, then a person from our trust team reviews your request, usually within 24 hours on business days. For T2, we'll arrange the call or video. We'll tell you the result by email and on the Verification page. The team may approve, approve a lower level, ask for more documents, or decline.

Tips for a quick review

• Use a clear photo of a current trade licence.
• Make sure your company profile and website match your documents.
• A business email on your own domain is better than a free mailbox.

If your request is declined, you can appeal once within 30 days.
