How to post a job
Updated 8 October 2026
1. Set up your company
Start at employer onboarding. Your company begins at T0, where you can draft jobs but not publish them.
2. Get verified
Send a verification request. At T1 you can publish up to 2 jobs at a time on the Basic package. At T2 every package and team seats open up.
3. Write the job
- Write in Bangla and English. The job-writing assistant can turn a short brief into a draft. You apply it whole or part by part, or dismiss it; nothing changes on its own.
- Add requirements and a salary range. You can choose to hide the salary.
- Add screening questions. An answer that doesn't fit only flags the applicant; it never rejects anyone automatically.
- Tick CV required only if you really need one. Candidates can apply without a CV otherwise.
4. Publish
Choose a package. If you don't have a credit, you'll be taken to checkout. See job post prices and paying with bKash, Nagad or card.
Trust checks
Every job is checked as it's published. Some are held for our trust team, for example a job that asks candidates for money. Read why a job is held.
After it's live
Edit a live job at any time; each saved change is kept as a version. Close and reopen it from the job overview, and follow applicants on the applicant board.
