Appealing a decision
Updated 8 October 2026
You can appeal when our trust team:
- takes down one of your jobs, or
- declines your verification request.
How to appeal
- Open the job from your jobs list, or open Verification.
- Read the trust team's message, then choose Appeal.
- Explain why you think the decision is wrong, and add anything that helps, such as a corrected document.
Only owners and admins can appeal. You have 30 days from the decision, and you can appeal once per decision, so include everything the first time.
Who reviews it
A different member of our trust team, not the person who made the original decision, reviews your appeal within 5 business days. The status shows Under review, Accepted or Not accepted, and we'll email you the result.
If your appeal is accepted
- A taken-down job goes back for review.
- A declined verification is approved at the level you asked for.
- If your company was suspended, it becomes active again, but stays at T0 until you verify again.
If it isn't accepted
The decision stands. You can still fix the job and post a new one that follows the rules, or send a new verification request with better documents.
Read why jobs are held to avoid the same problem next time. For anything else, contact support.
