- How to get your company verifiedOpen Verification, pick the level you need, upload your documents and send. T1 needs a business email or phone code plus a trade licence photo; T2 adds your TIN/BIN and a short call or video with a representative. Our trust team reviews within 24 hours on business days.
- Appealing a decisionIf your job was taken down or your verification was declined, an owner or admin can appeal once per decision, within 30 days. A different trust-team member, not the one who decided, reviews it within 5 business days.
- How to post a jobCreate your company, get verified to at least T1, then write the job in Bangla and English and publish it with a package. A newly approved T1 company's first Basic post is free. Some jobs are held for a trust check before they go live.
- Job post pricesBasic ৳2,500, Standard ৳4,999 and Premium ৳9,999 per job. Basic bundles: 5 posts for ৳10,000 or 10 for ৳18,000. Featured costs ৳800, ৳1,400 or ৳2,500 for 7, 14 or 30 days. All prices include 15% VAT, and a newly approved T1 company's first Basic post is free. Companies registered outside Bangladesh pay in US dollars, with no VAT.
- Paying with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or cardAt checkout, press Pay and you're taken to a secure payment page where you can pay with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a card. Once the payment is confirmed, your credits arrive and the job goes live. Prices include VAT, and your receipt is on the Billing page.
- RefundsTo ask for a refund, contact support with your receipt details and the reason. Our team can refund all or part of a payment. Refunds above ৳20,000 need approval from two team members, and credits you haven't used yet are usually taken back.
- Team members and rolesOwners and admins invite colleagues by email from Team & roles and give each a role: owner, admin, recruiter, hiring manager, interviewer or viewer. Seats depend on your verification level, viewers don't use a seat, and team changes need a passkey.
- Why was my job held?Our trust checks hold a job for review when, for example, it asks candidates for money, shows only a personal contact, offers a salary far above the usual range, copies a removed post or uses scam wording. Three reports also hold a job. The trust team reviews it and may ask you for changes.
- Working with applicants: board, stages and notesEach job has an applicant board and a table. Move people between stages, leave team or private notes, and read the match reasons in words. A candidate's phone and email stay hidden until they share them or reach the interview stage, and you never see their other applications.
