Paying with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card

How to pay

1. Choose a package (and Featured, if you want it) when you publish a job, or buy credits from Billing.
2. Enter a promo code if you have one.
3. Check the summary. Every line shows the price before VAT, the VAT and the total.
4. Press Pay. Owners and admins confirm with their passkey.
5. You're taken to a secure payment page. Pay with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a card.

We never see or store your card number or mobile wallet PIN. Never share your PIN with anyone, including people who say they're JobGlobal staff.

After you pay

• Once the payment is confirmed, your credits arrive and the job you paid for goes live, unless our trust checks hold it for review.
• You'll see paid, didn't go through (with Try again), or still confirming with your bank. If it's still confirming, wait a few minutes before paying again; pressing Pay twice doesn't charge you twice.
• You get a notification either way.

Receipts

A receipt in Bangla and English is on the Billing page, ready to download. Billing also shows your credits, their expiry and any credit notes.

Who can pay?

Owners and admins can pay. Recruiters can see the company's credits.

Something went wrong?

If money left your account but no credits arrived, contact support with the time of payment and the amount. For refunds, read refunds.
