How we verify employers

Updated 8 October 2026

Before a company can publish jobs on JobGlobal, our trust team checks it. Every company shows its level, so you can decide how much to trust a job.

The levels

  • T0 · Unverified: we haven't checked this company. It can draft jobs but can't publish them.
  • T1 · Basic: confirmed a business email or a phone number with a code, and sent a photo of its trade licence. It can have up to 2 live jobs, on the Basic package only.
  • T2 · Verified: also gave its TIN/BIN, and a representative passed a call or video check with our team. It can use every package and add a team.
  • T3 · Trusted: has been T2 for 90 days or more, replies to 70% or more of applicants, and has no upheld reports. This level is given automatically.

How we check

An automatic check looks for warning signs, such as a licence number used by another company or scam wording in its jobs. Then a person on our trust team reviews the documents and decides. For riskier cases, a second team member must agree.

What it doesn't mean

A level tells you we checked the company's documents. It doesn't guarantee every job. Stay alert for the five signs of a scam.

About candidates

We don't label candidates as verified. Details in a candidate's profile show where they came from, such as "Stated by you" or "From your CV", so employers can see what each one is based on.

Losing a level

If a company asks candidates for money or is found to be fake, it's moved back to T0 and its jobs are taken down.
