- Can I apply without an account?Yes. Anyone can search jobs and apply without an account. You give your name and mobile number, confirm the number with a code we send by SMS, answer the employer's questions and send. We then text you a link to follow your application.
- Changing your phone numberYour mobile number is how you sign in and how we send your codes and tracking links, so for your safety a number change is handled by our support team. Open a request from the Help Center; we'll confirm it's you before changing anything.
- How do I track my application?After you apply, we send you a tracking link by SMS. It shows each stage, next steps and messages from the employer. Lost it? Use "Lost your link?" on the tracking page and we'll text it again. To see personal details on a new phone, you confirm a code sent to your number.
- Answering a job offerOpen the offer from your application or tracking link to read the full pay breakdown, terms and documents. You can accept, ask for changes with a note, or decline. Offers have a respond-by date and expire after it, so answer in time.
- How do I withdraw an application?Open your application from the tracking link or My applications and choose Withdraw. You can withdraw at any time, and you can add a reason if you like. The employer is told, and the application shows as Withdrawn.
- Interview invitations and schedulingWhen an employer invites you, choose one of the offered times or suggest up to 3 others. Once a time is confirmed you see the place or link and can add it to your calendar. Reminders come 24 hours and 2 hours before.
- Is applying free?Yes, always. Candidates never pay to apply on JobGlobal, and no real employer asks you for money to apply, interview or start a job. If anyone asks you for a fee, don't pay and report the job.
- Messaging with employersEach application has one conversation, opened by the employer's first message; you reply from your application or tracking page. Your phone number and email stay hidden from the employer until you choose to share them or your application reaches the interview stage.
- Notifications, quiet hours and unsubscribingChoose how we reach you (email, SMS, WhatsApp or your phone's notifications) in notification settings. Quiet hours, 22:00 to 08:00 by default, hold SMS, WhatsApp and phone notifications until morning. Every email has a one-click link to turn that topic off.
- What is the Career Passport?Your Career Passport is your free JobGlobal profile: experience, education, skills, languages and job preferences in one place. You can apply with it in one tap, and each detail shows where it came from, such as "Stated by you" or "From your CV".
- Which CV files can I upload?You can upload a PDF, Word (DOCX), JPG, PNG or HEIC file up to 10 MB, or take a photo of a printed CV. A CV is optional unless the employer marks it as required for that job.
- Why do I see match reasons and gaps?When we rank jobs or applicants, we explain it in words: the reasons you fit, the gaps to close, and the details they're based on. We never show a bare score. Protected details such as gender, religion and age are removed before any ranking.
