Interview invitations and scheduling
Updated 8 October 2026
Getting an invitation
The invitation appears in your conversation with the employer and as a notification. Open it from your application, or from your tracking link if you applied without an account (on a new phone, after a code check).
It shows the length, the format (video, phone or in person), who you'll meet, and the times on offer. The address or video link is shown once a time is confirmed.
Your choices
- Choose a time from the ones offered.
- Suggest other times: up to 3, at least a day ahead, with a note.
- Decline if you're no longer interested.
After a time is confirmed you can still ask to move it.
Once it's confirmed
- You see the time, the place or link, and Add to calendar (a calendar file, or Google Calendar).
- Your interviews are listed on your interviews page when you're signed in.
Reminders
We remind you 24 hours and 2 hours before the interview, by every channel you use, including SMS. Interview reminders come even during quiet hours. If you confirm a time less than a day away, the confirmation counts as the first reminder.
Stay safe
Real employers never ask for money to interview you. If anyone asks for a fee, or asks you to move to another app before the interview, read the five signs of a scam and report it.
