Notifications, quiet hours and unsubscribing

Choose how we reach you

Open notification settings. For each topic, such as application updates or messages, turn email, SMS, WhatsApp or this device on or off. The bell in JobGlobal always keeps a copy.

• WhatsApp: turn it on in settings and confirm. It then replaces SMS. Reply STOP or বন্ধ at any time to stop it.
• This device: turn on notifications for the phone or browser you're using. We never ask on page load.
• Without an account: you can switch updates on or off from your tracking page.

Quiet hours

By default, 22:00 to 08:00 Bangladesh time. During quiet hours SMS, WhatsApp and phone notifications wait until the morning; nothing is lost. You can change the hours in settings.

Security messages (such as sign-in codes) and interview reminders still come during quiet hours.

Need a break?

Pause for 7 days leaves only the bell, security messages and interview reminders.

Unsubscribe in one click

Every email, except security mail, has a link to turn off that kind of email. We ask you to confirm on the page before switching it off, because some mail scanners open links automatically.

Weekly digest

If you have an account, we may send one email on Sunday morning with new matching jobs and updates, only when there's something new. Turn it off in settings.

Interview reminders can't be turned off. See interviews and scheduling.
