How do I track my application?

Your tracking link

When you apply, we send an SMS with a short tracking link, and an email too if you gave one. Keep it. You don't need an account to use it.

The tracking page shows:

• the stage your application is at, such as Applied, Under review or Interview;
• what usually happens next, and how quickly this employer typically replies;
• the employer's verification level;
• messages, interview invitations and offers, once the employer sends them.

You'll also get an SMS whenever your application moves to a new stage.

Lost your link?

Open the tracking page and choose Lost your link? Enter the mobile number you applied with and we'll send your links by SMS again. It can take a minute.

Opening it on another phone

To protect your details, the first time you open the link on a new phone we ask for a code sent to your number. Until then, only general updates are shown.

No reply for a while?

If you haven't heard back in 21 days, the page reminds you that you can keep waiting or withdraw your application.

Have an account?

If you sign in with the same mobile number, all your applications, including ones you made without an account, are in My applications.
