How to contact supportThe help assistant answers 24/7 from our Help Center articles. To reach a person, open a request from the Help Center or choose "Talk to a person" in the assistant, or email support@jobglobal.com. Our team replies in English or Bangla within 4 hours, 9:00 to 21:00 Bangladesh time, 7 days a week.
Your data and privacyWe keep what you give us to run your job search or hiring, and only for set periods: applications for 24 months after the job closes (then anonymised), inactive CVs for 12 months, and messages for 24 months after a conversation is archived. Deleting an account has a 7-day cooling-off period.
