About the role
BRAC is hiring an HR Business Partner at our Uttara office to work alongside programme directors on workforce planning and talent development. You will help leaders plan the teams they need, grow promising staff into bigger roles and roll out HR policies fairly across field offices. Success means programmes that are well staffed and people who see a future at BRAC. This is a hybrid senior role with regular field visits and leadership training.
