About the role
Ha-Meem Group needs an HR Manager to lead people operations at one of our garment factories in Gazipur, home to more than 5,000 workers. You will run recruitment, keep the factory fully compliant with the Bangladesh Labour Act and buyer audits, and make sure every worker's concern is heard and resolved fairly. Success looks like low turnover, clean compliance audits and a workplace people trust. Transport, lunch and a performance bonus are provided.

Requirements
