About the role
BRAC is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator at our Uttara office to design and deliver training for field staff working across Bangladesh. You will plan practical courses, run sessions in Dhaka and at regional training centres, and measure whether the training actually improves work in the field. Success means staff who feel more confident and programmes that run better. This hybrid role includes regular travel within the country, with travel costs covered.
